International English Language Testing System
Test Description:IELTS is available in both Academic and General Training formats. Academic testing is typically for those who want to study at an English-speaking University while General Training is usually for work or migration purposes. Please contact the Institution or Organization where you will be sending your scores for information on which test you need to take. More information is also available on the IELTS website.
Listening, Reading and Writing must be completed in one day. We strive to include the Speaking section on the same day if time allows. Priority speaking times are given to those traveling long distances whenever possible.
IELTS Test Registration Instructions:
Register online at https://ieltsregistration.org. After completing your online registration call us at (479) 575-3948 within 24 hours to pay over the phone with a credit or Debit card. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. and 5p.m. When making your payment we will give you information on submitting your passport copy and photograph.
You may also apply in person from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday in our office located just south of Razorback Stadium at the corner of Razorback Road and Walton Street.

Note: It is the responsibility of the applicant to fully complete a registration profile; including application, test payment, passport and photo. We must have everything within the 7-day window or your registration will be cancelled.
ID Requirement: A valid passport is the only acceptable form of identification. If you come on the test day without your passport, you will not be tested and your test fee will not be transferred or refunded.
Cancellation and Test Transfer: Requests for cancellation or postponement of the test should be made in writing at least five weeks prior to your test date. and receive a full refund, less a 25% ($51.25) administrative charge. A candidate who cancels a test within the 5-week period prior to a test date will receive no refund. Failure to appear for the test without notification, or arriving too late on test day to be admitted for the test, are considered cancellations and no refund will be issued. Candidates who wish to transfer their test date within the 5 weeks prior to the test will be considered a cancellation and will forfeit the test fee. Candidates will have to pay the entire test fee again to register on a different date.
Enquiry on Results: Candidates who are not satisfied with their results may request to apply for a rescoring of the test (called Enquiry on Results) at the center where they took the test. This application must be made within six weeks of the test date. The candidate can choose which modules to be re-marked (one, two, three or all of Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking). There is a fee for this service which is approximately $200.00. If the score on any module that is re-marked is increased, there is a full refund. If there is no change in test scores, no refund is received. The Enquiry on Results process takes up to six weeks from the point that test material is sent from the test center to the UK to be rescored.
