Proctoring Service

Eligibility: For individuals who are not able to test on a regularly scheduled test date, or for those who are required to take a test which is not offered at the University of Arkansas, Testing Services will try to arrange (if possible) an individual administration.

Test Description: From time-to-time Testing Services receives requests from individuals who need to take a particular test at the University of Arkansas. This includes tests such as MAT, NOCTI and distance learning exams.

Test Dates: When students cannot test during a regularly scheduled test date, they may request an individual administration. These tests are administered per student request at a time mutually convenient for both the student and the Director of Testing Services.

Fees: The special administration fee is $50.00 per test.  Please consult your faculty advisor or the requesting agency BEFORE you sign up for a special administration since the above FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Registration: To request a special administration, please come to Testing Services at 700 Hotz Hall. If you are unable to come to the office you may print the Individual Administration form from the link below, complete the information requested and submit it with the test fee to Testing Services, University of Arkansas, 700 Hotz Hall, Fayetteville, AR 72701. Once this request form is received by our office with the fees, Testing Services will order the necessary materials. In some situations, you may be required to order the test materials. If so, please request test materials to be shipped to Testing Services, 700 Hotz Hall, University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, AR 72701. When the materials have arrived, you will receive a call to schedule the testing date and time. Please remember, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to maintain contact with Testing Services. Testing materials usually arrive with a "return by" date. After this time we are obligated to return them to their source. If after arranging for special administration, you are not called by Testing Services within 10 days, please call us to see if your test materials have arrived. We will make every effort to contact you upon their arrival; however, circumstances sometimes prevent us from being able to reach you.

ID Requirement: For examinees testing within their country of citizenship (American students) any government-issued identification such as passport, drivers license, state ID, and military ID are all acceptable. If you are not testing in your own country of citizenship, you MUST bring your passport in order to be tested.
